Our Uncertain Beginnings
Chief Possibility Officer and Founder, Jeffrey Schwab, believes that each and every one of us is an Uncertain Pathfinder. As co-founder of two improv groups in Beijing and Taipei, Jeffrey sees the power that comes with leveraging Uncertainty to unlock possibilities. Jeffrey combines Co-Active life coaching, applied improv facilitation, Lumina Learning, and Non Violent Communication (NVC) to support you on your Uncertain pathway to goal achievement!
Our Approach
Uncertain Pathfinders works with individuals and organizations to proactively Invite Uncertainty and playfulness in order to build greater self-awareness and perspective-taking. Rather than looking at Uncertainty as something to be avoided, we actively befriend it in order to open the door to new possibilities and finally "press play together," to take actions that move us towards our goals.
