Group Coaching

If Workshops teach you how to swim,

then Group Coaching will support you as you explore deeper water.

Custom-designed Programs

For teams, organizations, communities 

navigating change, growth, conflict, or transition; 

groups seeking deeper trust, better communication,

and stronger connection; 

teams wanting to move beyond “working together” 

into “being and growing together” .


We help teams cultivate an intentional culture built on better conversations, shared learning and collective progress.

Just like an octopus, teams thrive through a system of decentralized intelligence, balancing inspiration with autonomy. 

We believe teams already have the intelligence — group coaching creates the space and support to bring it forward, together.

How it works

  ✔️ Recurring sessions with small cohort (4–8 people).


    ✔️ Sessions adapt based on what participants bring 

(e.g., uncertainty, decisions, conflicts). 


      ✔️ Live coaching, individual sharing, tailored feedback, emergent direction and more


     ✔️ Individual transformation within a group container

Methods and Benefits

Directed Story

Collective Sense-making Through Play. Participants co-create a spontaneous story, guided by a facilitator who “directs” the flow—inviting different voices in and out. 

  • Surfaces hidden beliefs and patterns safely through metaphor, shredding insight into group dynamics and personal tendencies
  • Allows people to explore difficult topics without being “on the spot”, expanding new perspectives on familiar challenges
  • Encourages deep listening and shared meaning-making, creating a felt experience of collaboration under uncertainty

Live Coaching in the Circle

Real Issues, Shared Learning. One person brings a real-life challenge, and the group becomes both witness and learning field.

  • “One person’s story is everyone’s story”, builds empathy, psychological

               safety, and depth

  • Participants learn by seeing patterns play out live, helps participants seek clarity and confidence on their own similar challenges and uncertainties
  • The facilitator coaches and guide participants in real time, establishing practical mental tools they can immediately apply

Embodied Experiments

Trying new ways of being. Participants step into short, structured experiments—roleplays, constraints, or prompts—to practice new behaviors.

  • Moves learning from intellectual → experiential, raising awareness of

               habitual patterns

  • Encourages curiosity over “getting it right”, freedom and sense of safety to experiment without real-world consequences
  • Makes new behaviors tangible and testable, building muscle memory for new ways of responding
