Structure content, facilitated exercises, and frameworks that yields
new insights, tools, and shared language for teams

UP workshops adapt different frameworks to support teams to grow together and leave the workshop with tools and skills
that can be applied to support both professional and personal
growth.
Applied improv uses techniques from improvisational theater—like “yes, and” thinking—to boost collaboration, adaptability, and communication. By practicing spontaneous, low-risk play, teams strengthen trust, empathy, and the ability to build on each other's ideas in real time.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a framework for honest, empathetic dialogue. It helps individuals and teams express needs clearly, listen deeply, and handle conflict with compassion. NVC builds trust, mutual respect, and stronger collaboration.
Lumina Spark is a personality assessment tool that utilizes psychometrics to help gain greater insights into our own patterns of behavior and thinking, resulting in better rapport and communication within our teams and organizations.
